The girls took part in the York & District Schools Football Tournament. The final play-offs took place at Lakeside Primary School on 12th July 2011.
After a few close fought rounds they made it through to the final against Lakeside Primary School.
All the girls played extremely well as a team. Their attitude and enthusiasm was a credit to our school. We are very proud of them.
They came out victorious with a 3 - 0 win!
Mr Iddon, their coach, nominated Isobel Avey as 'Player of the Tournament'.
The girls are currently winning their league - with one game to go! We will update you on the result as soon as we can!
