Fundraising

We take part in many fundraising events in school. Here are some of the activities so far this year.

Our first event this year took place on 28th September 2009 in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. We held a coffee morning and raised the amazing total of £655.74!

On 2nd October we had a non uniform day with everyone wearing their jeans and other denim items when we supported Jeans for Genes. Our donations made an impressive total of £177.13.

School was a bright and colourful scene on 23rd October when everyone wore pink and yellow in aid of

St Leonards Hospice. We raised the grand total of £156.55.

We would like to thank everyone who has purchased from the Puffin Book Club that we run in school.

During 2009 orders have totalled £857 which has enabled us to keep our library and classrooms well stocked with the latest book titles. Thank you!

Harvest Festival donations of produce were this year donated to York Arc Light which provides shelter and support for the homeless in our city.

THANK YOU to everyone for your generous donations and contributions so far this year.
